Dr. Patrick Huelsmann wants his patients to feel welcome and comfortable when they visit his dental office. Dr. Huelsmann ensures his patients receive the highest standards of dental care. He is thrilled to open a practice in Southern Illinois. Dr. Huelsmann welcomes the opportunity to discuss patients’ concerns and desires for their dental health and smiles. His goal is to listen to his patients’ wants and needs, and present treatment recommendations that can best address a patient’s vision for his or her smile.

Patrick Huelsmann

DMD

Licensed as a general dentist, Dr. Huelsmann is excited to provide dental services to patients of all ages. He particularly enjoys restorative bridge and crown therapy, oral surgery, denture therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and composite fillings. Dr. Huelsmann comments, “I enjoy the chance to talk with patients about what they want for their smiles, their oral health. Creating a plan together to make those changes is one of the best parts of my work.”

Education

Born in Breese, Illinois, and raised in Highland, Dr. Huelsmann attended Marine Grade School and Triad High School in Troy. After graduating from Triad, he received his Bachelor of Science in biology in 2010. He attended dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2013.

Staying Connected

Dr. Huelsmann is a member of the Illinois State Dental Society and the American Dental Association®. He has participated in Give Kids a Smile, attended a dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic, contributed to Special Olympics dental screenings, and presented dental hygiene presentations to area grade school children. He is proud to be an active member of the Metro East dental community.

Family & Free Time

Dr. Huelsmann and his wife Brie are local to Maryville. Together they have four children, Lane, Lucas, Levi, and Lacie as well as a dog. In his free time, Dr. Huelsmann enjoys spending time at the park or the pool with his family and eating at area restaurants.
